Site Survey

Commissioning

As with all on-site commissioning, it is vital that all tests must be fully documented and the methods used realistic. However, in the case of Triplex systems an extra dimension is added compared with traditional circuits - that of demonstrating correct operation even when various faults are induced, such as incorrect signals, broken connections etc. Standard commissioning rates are available for UK sites inside and outside normal working hours. Handover follows witnessing such tests, and normally includes a run through all likely operations. Because any component or wiring faults that may arise do not affect correct operation, it is necessary that they be identified by the monitoring system, so that maintenance staff can then carry out correction work without disruption to supplies, and at a convenient time. We recommend that staff are fully trained so that they are confident to do this.

Maintenance and Support

A comprehensive range of maintenance plans is available to provide fast response times inside or outside of warranty. Preventative maintenance visits and routine checks can be incorporated into a maintenance plan on an annual, six-monthly or quarterly basis.
