Hourly Rates

* Minimum chargeable hourly period is 5 hours.

Subsistence is charged for every day & night away from base, if return that day is not practical.

The specified rates for all of the above include for the provision of standard measuring instruments and tools.

Normal working hours Mon-Fri 8 hours/day between 8.00 am & 5.00 pm. Travelling times within the M25 ring that fall within these hours treated as working hours.

Overtime Rates
Monday to Friday over the 8 hours, and for all of Saturday +50%
Sunday all hours +75%
Statutory holidays incl. Xmas +150%

Additional costs
Travelling mileage chargeable as:-
Car:- 70p/mile, Van:-46p/mile.
Travel costs within M25 not charged.
Travel to non London locations charged at Ł25/hour.

Cancellations
Where an order has been received and date and time allocated, charges will be made for subsequent late cancellation or postponement as follows:-

1. Notification to us of 1-2 weeks before due commencement; 5% of order value.
2. Notification to us less than 1 week before due commencement; 10% of order value.

No responsibility can be assumed for extra costs caused by delays to site work, if these delays are outside the control of Triplex Power Control Ltd. Any additional expenses caused to Triplex Power Control Ltd by such delays shall be chargeable.

VAT will be added to all items at the applicable rate.
