Our Global Reach

RFL designs and installs the communication systems that keep power networks running smoothly. Our systems include fibre optic, radio and digital technology to convey critical voice, data, control and command signals between substations and control centres.

RFL has supplied systems for national electricity grids in Jordan, Qatar, Azerbaijan, St Lucia, Abu Dhabi and Kenya and defence systems in other parts of the world.  More recently, RFL have supplied communication infrastructure for some of Britain's offshore wind farms and Bucharest's entire metro system.

Closer to home, RFL provide IT equipment, back-up and support to schools and businesses across the UK and Power Management systems to our main financial centre in Canary Wharf.
