A range of maintenance plans are available, to ensure that the control system you have chosen will support your business into the future.

The advantage of using an RFL System is that on-going maintenance and future-proofing of the control system is made easier:

  • Maintenance can be carried out without interruption to your operation
  • The system is powered by 24v DC and so is safe to work on “live”
  • The Triplicated system operates using consensus voting, one channel at a time can be turned off for maintenance while still supporting your critical supplies
  • The consensus system allows for additional new, or alterations to, existing Switchboards without the need to isolate the control system

Out Of Hours working can be factored in as an option as the majority of clients insist that their critical systems are not worked on during the normal working day although the Triplicated System  can be worked on without adversely affecting the installation.

RFL are available 24/7 to answer calls and support your business

We have a 12 hour response time as standard. (Usually sufficient as a fault will not stop the system from operating correctly)

 

Quarterly Maintenance Visits

During these visits a comprehensive review of the system will be carried out.
