Fit for purpose assessment - Assess your building(s) and site to understand how your business operates. This will allow us to identify the potential energy saving areas utilising a three stepped approach.

A)   Monitor and Measure your energy usage

Installation of metering and sub-metering equipment for electricity and, when needed water and gas. The data is collected, logged and made accessible to customers via a web interface. This may require a small capital outlay but, should result in a 10% to 15% energy reduction.

B)   Prepare an Action plan

Using our expertise to analyse the data, RFL will identify short and long term actions. The short term actions tend to be cultural and require minimal or no capital outlay to deliver an instant payback. The long term actions will require capital outlay but typically provide a payback within a period of two years. This may involve a level of automatic control of plant, with the benefit of further energy reductions.

C)   Continuous assessment and targeting

Real time energy consumption data v targets can be viewed on an attractive customised graphical user interface. This tends to be displayed in reception areas or departments, informs and can be used to engage staff in your quest to save energy.
